Rude and unprofessional! I called to schedule an appt, was transferred 10+ times back and forth to the same people, who didn't help and were incredibly rude! Left my info on a machine, then got a call back only to have to women be extremely RUDE and unable to answer my question! My 2014 odyssey is having MANY electrical issues, and this Honda service place is THE WORST!!
