    Dear Misty, I wanted to take a minute to check in and see how your mother is doing after her surgery? I hope she is well and I wish her a very speedy recovery. I also, wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed my car buying experience with you. You never once rushed me or pressured me, and you had an answer for every one of my questions (I know, there was a lot). Even when my credit union was giving me a hard time about the car, you were still very helpful and understanding. I never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman, with the typical car salesman pitch we have all experienced. I felt like I was buying a car from an old friend, who was honest and up front about everything. This was by far my best car buying experience ever! Your manager was also extremely helpful and patient with me … I appreciate you both so much! I have thoroughly enjoyed my Crosstour (even though I haven’t drove it much yet due to my back) but every time I get in it or just see it sitting in my garage it makes me smile! It is so nice and I am so glad you took the time to show it to me. I couldn’t be happier to be part of the Honda family now.     I would like to say that Stephanie Goree is the best service clerk I have ever experienced. I have purchased automobiles over the last 38-years and 10+ vehicles. Stephanie is the model employee when you speak about customer service, she is extremely knowledgeable, energetic, courteous and a problem solver. It is a joy to have Stephanie take care of you when visiting Twin City Honda service dept. She is very deserving of a raise, please take care of her as she is definitely taking care of your customers and your livelihood.     I am writing to compliment you on your internet sales manager, Misty Janeaux. This is not something I take lightly, especially when dealing with car salespeople. :) I looked and test drove 11 cars for about 4 months before deciding on the V6 Honda Accord. The only problem was that I could not find the exact colors that I desired. Therefore, I expanded my search beyond my home of Houston. I figured this would be the easiest sale in the world for a salesperson to make because I knew exactly what I wanted and how much to pay. However, most of the dealerships I contacted would send simple replies such as, "we do not have the one you want." Then I got a very detailed response from Misty that helped me explore all of my options. I let her know that her email went far above and beyond the response I got from most other dealerships. She was very appreciative of my praise. Unfortunately she did not have my car in stock either and told me there were only about 4 of them left in Texas and Louisiana, so I decided to wait for the 2014 model. A dealer in Irving contacted me and let me know that they had the vehicle I wanted and I could pick it up anytime. The price seemed too good to be true. I contacted Misty to give her another shot before I bought elsewhere. She was very quick with her replies and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted and tried to work around my budget constraints. I had a preapproved electronic check from ussaa that I was determined to use. I never let any of the other 6 dealerships even talk to me about financing or trying to run my credit. However, Misty had earned by trust and I allowed your finance department to issue the loan to me instead. Misty seemed almost as excited as I was to finally find my car. She emailed pictures of the car when it arrived. She was anxious to meet me and my family and walked us through everything. In conclusion, the car buying process is a huge pain. Luckily, the internet makes it much more streamlined and direct. Misty knew I was an educated buyer and she was not pushy at all. She simply went out of her way to be helpful and even gave me advice on tricks the salespeople will try at other places. For that, I will always seek her out when buying a vehicle.     Dear Misty, Thank you for making our car purchase yesterday so enjoyable! After bringing my daughter, Daniella, in to view cars for her first purchase, she didn't want to buy from any other dealership, or any other person than you! She thought that you were the perfect salesperson, no pressure, extremely knowledgable, and unbelievably patient (after all of the hours that you spent with us making sure we saw everything that Daniella wanted to see!). I first came to the dealership about 4 years ago and purchased a car from Jared Spencer, who was great.     The Sales Manager Mike Revia was great! He was the one who looked at her trade in. He was a super person. She only had a few questions for him but he stayed with her for the entire purchase. He went above and beyond his job to make sure she was happy. Purchasing a vehicle is usually a painful experience but this dealer has been wonderful and she will go back there for sure.
